At the end of September, MPM underwent its annual ISO 9001 audit conducted by the external agency Det Norske Veritas. The ISO 9001 standard is a crucial measure in an organization's quality management systems. It provides insight into how effective an organization is in continuously improving and able to fulfil the needs of customers and other stakeholders.
This year's audit was extra special for MPM, because MPM was able to secure a new 3-year term of certification. The auditor spoke with colleagues from various departments to examine our quality system. With success, MPM performed exceptionally well in all areas!
